Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days for me to fill your order! You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me if you have questions about your order.

We ship all of our products First class through the United States Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation. Insurance covers lost and damaged items but it does not cover items not being received. Orders typically arrive 2-5 days after shipping, dependent upon your location.

Returns

For a refund (minus S&H charges), item(s) must be returned unworn and undamaged within 14 days from the date received. Please send an email to info@meghanrose.com to begin processing your return. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Please insure return items; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. All custom work or special order sales are considered final and we will not accept returns on these special items.

Repairs
Meghan Rose guarantees the quality of its jewelry. In the unfortunate event that your jewelry is in need of repair, please e-mail info@meghanrose.com. Repairs requested within 5 months of the purchase date are free of charge. Repairs requested after 5 months will be subject to a fee based on the nature of the repair. Customers will be responsible for repair shipping charges.
